The fixed blades are also 0.035-inch thick and have a cutting diameter of 1”. They have an offset for increased accuracy and stability. The total cutting diameter of the HB and HBX is 2 5/8”. Was hesitant to rate them a 5 star until I harvest a deer. Sure, then I will be able to give them a solid 5!
They fly great cant wait to shoot through an animal. Will up date after season opens in November.
I love these broadheads. The other day I got a buck and a doe within 3 minutes apart. The buck came out at 45 yd away clean pass through Had no blood trail for about 15 to 20' But then I had a huge double trail He was bleeding out for both sides he only made it 20 more yards and dropped in his tracks. Had massive damage on entrance and exit. Just after I shot the buck the doe came out at 25yd I reloaded she started to run I took the shot and ended up with a spine shot She dropped instantly severed the spine in half. The bolt went Straight through the bone and kept on going I shot her again to finish it and again clean pass through Huge damage. I am using a crossbow that fires at a range of 405 to 410 fps 20" bolts with the muzzy trocar HBX 100g. As far as the durability of the broadhead I only was able to recover the one I shot the buck with it was still in usable shape sharp no issue after going through two rib bones a branch and sticking into the ground I would say that is pretty durable. In conclusion I am telling all my friends about them and am happy to recommend them.
Thank you muzzy for making such good products.
I was skeptical but I will never use anything else. Killed my biggest buck yet he didn’t make 50 yards

From Turkey to Deer this broadhead has been flawless. I use the 125’s with my compound though this model is for crossbows. No issues with opening or flight – Blueline Outdoors Webshow

Killed a black bear with this broadhead. Damage was unbelievable. Bear went 40 yards. Will definitely buy these from now on.

I just returned from my norther New Mexico deer hunt. I had originally bought these to crossbow hunt but used them with my Bowtech compound. I had called and spoken with customer service to make certain these would work for my compound and was assured they would.
I shot my deer through the neck with this broadhead and it did so much damage that it looked like someone had taken a paint roller had painted a flat stony area with red paint. The deer spraying copious amounts of blood went about 50 yards and dropped over. I’ve shot lot of deer with various broadheads and on this hunt the Trocar HBX 100 grain reigned supreme, so much so that my hunting buddy borrowed some and took a superb deer, with huge entry and exit wounds. I highly recommend them.

Shot a black bear with a 100 grain Trocar HBX from tree stand. The shot entered the chest cavity just behind the right shoulder and exited just in front of the left hip. Full body pass through and bolt was buried 2/3 in the ground. Bear ran 50 yards on adrenaline. When I gutted the bear, couldn’t believe the damage. I washed off the bolt and the Trocar HBX looked like new. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I was debating at last minute between these muzzy hbx 100 grains and another brand that was mechanical only. Decided on these with the thought of still getting a small cut, should it fail to open. Entry wound was massive, shattered a rib quartering towards. Exit wound seemed small. Not sure if it closed back up or what. This is the reason for 4 star. Deer went maybe 40 yards and dropped. All in all I’m very satisfied with the results. No bent, broken, or missing blades. Still razor sharp after a pass through and hitting a tree.
I would recommend these as a great option.
