Need more options for inserts in order to balance the arrows. There is only one choice!
This arrow flies true and is extremely consistent. Good straightness tolerance and penetrates deep with heavy poundage. The combination of the heavy-duty insert and Bulldog Nock Collar make this one very tough and durable hunting arrow.
These arrows fly true and are durable! Shot a buck and 2 doe with the same arrow! I also love the .203 diameter!

I am a huge fan of Carbon Express. Thats all i have shot for the past 14 years. Every year I have purchased the newest arrows. These arrows are awesome in a lot of ways but they do have some issues. The biggest of these issues is the half in, half out insert. While it is a great idea, it is a weak point in the arrow.
It is possible that I received a bad batch but I have a “Block” target and while sighting in my longer distances, a couple arrows hit the top “Diamond” on the target and hit the plastic of the blocks handle (3 inches from the top of target). I have done this with all of my other arrows and theyve been fine. So far 4 out of 12 arrows have split at the insert. I have had them for 2 weeks. When i pull them out, no insert and the arrow is ruined bc it is split. It is just frustrating. Last season i bought 8 of the Maxima Red Zone (last years arrow). Ive shot them over 100 times each and i still have them all. They all fly perfect. So, maybe I just need to go back to that arrow…
*To be fair, I contacted Feradyne and they are going to replace the broken arrows. So that makes me feel better. I want nothing more than to give this product 5 stars.

I have shot every Micro and small hunting shaft available. These are the best. The most robinhooded arrow in my shop.
