The redesigned X-Treme, now with the exclusive NC (No Collar) blade retention system eliminates the need for a SHOCK COLLAR™, dental band or O-ring. Available in two 100-grain versions that bolster either a cut-on-contact leading-blade tip or a bone-crushing chisel tip, fans of the X-Treme will find the performance they command in these great heads.

Rage xtreme NC cut on contact

Posted by Benjamin Farley on Oct 29th 2021

I would like to start by saying that these are the most devastating broadheads I have ever used. Last year I used the rage hypodermic and had success but after the season was over I decided to try a heavy setup for this year. Bow is 60 pound draw @ 30” and arrow was total of 683 grain with 300 grain up front and a single bevel broadhead. I shot 2 deer with that setup both from within 30 yards and neither time did the arrow pass through the deer and neither time was I able to recover the deer. So I decided to switch back to my setup from last year but with these broadheads and have since taken 2 deer that didn’t make it 50 yards after each shot with a complete pass through. I even hit a turkey in the neck from 45 yards! only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because all 3 of the broadheads I shot ended up with a bent blade that wouldn’t lock so there is no chance to re use one but to me, thats a small price to pay to ensure an ethical kill.
