LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – APPLE ARCHERY

Your Apple Archery product (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Apple Archery for 1 year from the purchase date.  Proof of purchase is required.  This warranty only covers Apple Archery products for the original owner.

Warranty on discontinued items extends 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending anything back to Apple Archery.  If parts are no longer available, Apple Archery reserves the right to substitute the product with (1) a product of similar style, function, or cost, (2) an exchange for other FeraDyne Outdoors product of equal or lesser value, contingent upon receiving a copy of the original sales receipt, or (3) offer a refund for the retail cost of the item contingent upon receiving a copy of the original sales receipt.

If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.

All Apple Archery warranty claims require a photo and proof of purchase; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

If you received a product and a part/parts were missing from the box or a part/parts were broken upon opening the box, a warranty claim must be submitted with a photo showing the assembled (as much as possible) product to indicate the missing or broken piece(s).  Only missing or broken parts will be replaced.

Apple Archery reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos.  If photos are not able to convey the alleged defect, Apple Archery may request the product back for review at the consumer’s expense.

Apple Archery will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by misuse and/or improper assembly or maintenance of this product.

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/assembly/maintenance, or any use other than the product’s intended purpose.

LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – AXE CROSSBOWS

WHAT IS COVERED:
Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, the stock, trigger assembly, cocking mechanism, and limbs of your Axe crossbow (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by FeraDyne Outdoors.

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:
This limited warranty lasts for 5 years from the purchase date; proof of purchase is required prior to sending your crossbow back to FeraDyne Outdoors.  If the serial number or manufacture date have been removed or are illegible, the warranty is void.

WHO IS COVERED:
This warranty only covers Axe crossbows for the original owner.   It is not assignable or transferable to anyone else.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Parts not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, strings, cables, arrow rest, accessories found in the crossbow kit, cosmetic blemishes to parts or finishes, and normal wear and tear.  These parts are subject to a variety of conditions in normal use and considered to be consumable parts.  The string and cables should be replaced at least every 2 years assuming normal wear and tear.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OCCUR:
• The instructions in the owner’s manual are not followed
• The crossbow or any other parts/accessories are damaged or modified from their original condition
• Damage is caused by abuse or neglect
• Damage is caused by dry-firing
• Damage is caused by using non-recommended crossbolts (including crossbolts lighter than those recommended in the
owner’s manual)
• The crossbow is rented or loaned for use by others by a retailer, wholesaler, shooting range, or other commercial business
organization, whether or not a fee is charged for its use
• Any user has attempted to alter, dismantle or change the standard specifications of the crossbow, other than as stated in
the owner’s manual
• Failure or damage was caused by improper calibration or by abnormal use
• The crossbow has not been maintained properly including annual inspection by a qualified crossbow dealer as directed in
the owner’s manual
• The crossbow has been used for any purpose other than hunting or target shooting
• The crossbow is used in situations that might create potential injuries to life, health, or public safety

WHAT WILL FERADYNE OUTDOORS DO:
FeraDyne Outdoors offers the exclusive remedy of repair on any crossbow that it reasonably determines to be defective in materials or workmanship.  FeraDyne Outdoors reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon receiving the product back for inspection.  If a product is determined to be defective, it will be repaired with available parts at the sole discretion of the Axe repair department.  If repair is not possible, the product will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most similar product available at the discretion of FeraDyne Outdoors.

HOW TO GET SERVICE:

If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.

All Axe crossbow warranty claims require a photo and proof of purchase; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo.

All accessory items must be removed from the crossbow prior to sending it back to FeraDyne Outdoors for repair.  FeraDyne Outdoors is not responsible for damage to or loss of any accessory item left on the crossbow.

Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

You agree to pay shipping costs to return the crossbow to FeraDyne Outdoors.  If after examining a returned crossbow FeraDyne Outdoors determines that the product is not subject to this limited warranty, you will be notified, and the product will be shipped back to you at FeraDyne Outdoors’s expense.  There is no charge for inspection.

Product repairs that are not covered by this limited warranty can be provided at then-current repair rates set by FeraDyne Outdoors.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO A RETAIL STORE OR ONLINE SELLER UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY FERADYNE OUTDOORS; CONTACT FERADYNE OUTDOORS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (800) 282-4868.

FeraDyne Outdoors will not be liable for any loss of or damage to a crossbow once it has been repaired and shipped out of our facility.

HOW STATE LAW APPLIES:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.  This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, USA.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY LIABILITIES:

Your sole and exclusive remedy pursuant to this limited warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts or workmanship.  In no event shall FeraDyne Outdoors, its licensors, distributors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, lost business information, property damage, personal injuries (including death), emotional distress, pain and suffering, or any other damage arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if FeraDyne Outdoors, its licensors, distributors, or suppliers were advised of the possibility of such damages.  You acknowledge that the purchase price paid for the product reflects this allocation of risk and exclusion of damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  If the limitation of liability is not applicable, in no event shall FeraDyne Outdoors’s liability for property damage exceed the greater of $50,000 or the price paid for the product that caused such damage.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS PERIOD:

All warranties implied by law shall be limited to the lesser of 5 years from the date of original purchase or the limitation period applicable in the state in which damage occurred, whichever period is shorter.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Any action against FeraDyne Outdoors based on an alleged breach of warranty must be filed in court within 1 year of the claimed breach.

ENTIRE OBLIGATION:

This document states the entire obligation of FeraDyne Outdoors with respect to the product.  If any part of this limited warranty (including the warranty disclaimers and limitations of FeraDyne Outdoors’ liability) is determined to be void, unenforceable or illegal, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

FeraDyne Outdoors makes no other warranty beyond the terms of this limited warranty.  No agent, employee or salesman of FeraDyne Outdoors, its licensors, distributors, or suppliers, nor any person employed by the retail dealer or seller from whom you purchased this product, is authorized to modify, extend, or waive the terms of this limited warranty.  Any statements, representations, or promises made by anyone else at any time are unenforceable against FeraDyne Outdoors.

LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – BLACK HOLE

Your Black Hole target (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Black Hole for 1 year from the purchase date.  Proof of purchase is required.  This warranty only covers Black Hole targets for the original owner.

To qualify for this warranty, all shootable sides of the target must be shot in such a way that a bolt/arrow penetrates to the fletchings or passes completely through the target and out the opposite side.  Paint, handle, and wrap are not covered by this warranty unless there is an obvious defect as determined by Black Hole.

If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.

This warranty does not apply to any target that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/maintenance/storage, or any use other than normal personal archery use.  If sufficient areas to continue shooting are visible, the target is not deemed defective.  Shooting a crossbow at a non-crossbow-specific target and experiencing a pass-through is not covered by warranty but is construed as improper use of the target.

If this product was purchased as a blemished or display model, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.

Your Carbon Express arrows, bolts, and accessories (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Carbon Express for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  This warranty only covers Carbon Express arrow & bolt shafts for the original owner.

Carbon Express reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing the photos and/or receiving the product back for inspection.  If a product is determined to be defective, it will be exchanged or replaced with the same product – no substitutions allowed.

Carbon Express will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of maintenance of this product.  In the event of breakage due to parts covered by this warranty (as determined by the Carbon Express technical department), Carbon Express will not be liable for any cost beyond the original retail price of the arrow(s)/bolt(s).

This warranty is void if an arrow or bolt has been damaged due to impact from other arrows/bolts, impact with hard objects, improper cleaning or fletching, or use of the product for anything other than its intended purpose.  All arrows & bolts should be inspected prior to use by flexing the shaft in a gradual arc and visually inspecting the shaft for any signs of delamination, splitting, or impact crush marks.  A damaged shaft should never be shot.

LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – CARBON EXPRESS CROSSBOWS

The stock, trigger assembly, and limbs of your Carbon Express crossbow (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Carbon Express.

This limited warranty lasts for 5 years from the purchase date; proof of purchase is required prior to sending your crossbow back to Carbon Express. If you do not have a sales receipt, the manufacturing date from the bow will be used to determine whether your bow is still under warranty. If the sticker with the manufacturing date has been removed for any reason other than the limbs having been replaced, the warranty is void.

Warranty on limbs that have already been replaced is 1 year from the RMA creation date or Sales Order ship date.

This warranty only covers Carbon Express crossbows for the original owner. Carbon Express reserves the right to substitute any discontinued product with the most similar model available.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date the crossbow has been checked in by the Carbon Express repair department for all repairs to be completed. If repair parts are not available due to being out of stock, Carbon Express reserves the right to allow for a reasonable amount of time to procure parts.

Parts not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, cable slides, bolt retention springs, arrows/bolts and their accessories, cosmetic blemishes to parts or finishes, and normal wear and tear. Strings and cables are subject to warranty approval and replacement at the discretion of the Carbon Express repair department.

Carbon Express offers the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of defective parts or workmanship. Carbon Express, its retailers, and distributors will not be liable for damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of proper maintenance of this crossbow. In the event of breakage due to parts covered by this warranty (as determined by the Carbon Express repair department), Carbon Express will not be liable for any cost beyond the original retail price of the crossbow.

  • damage is caused by dryfiring the bow as determined by the Carbon Express repair department or an authorized Carbon Express crossbow dealer
  • damage is caused by using non-recommend crossbolts, including bolts lighter than those recommended in the owner’s manual
  • the crossbow is rented or loaned for use by anyone other than the original owner whether or not a fee is charged
  • any user has altered, disassembled or changed the standard specifications of the crossbow outside of recommendations made in the owner’s manual

LIMITED 2-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – Covert Scouting Cameras

Covert Scouting Cameras warranties this product for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase on all 2016 or newer product. This warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty service and prior registration must have been completed within 10 days of purchase receipt.

Covert Scouting Cameras, Inc. warrants the cameras will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (2) years from date of purchase. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Covert, at its option, will: 1. Repair the product by means of telephone support, E-mail or depot service at no charge for parts or labor, shipping prepaid by customer, return shipping prepaid by Covert. (US only) Return shipping to be billed to customer and must be paid prior to return shipping, if camera is found not to be defective in materials or workmanship. 2. Replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished. (Warranty is not extended beyond original purchase date.) 3. Covert recommends the customer first utilize support materials shipped with the product, product diagnostics, information contained on the Web, and email support. If unsuccessful, to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must notify Covert Telephone Support or Covert Support e-mail, of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period. Customers will provide appropriate assistance to Telephone Support personnel to resolve issues. If telephone support is unsuccessful, Covert or its authorized dealer will instruct the customer on how to receive warranty repair as provided below.

  • Service is available in the United States.
  • Outside the US, service is available through the distributor/reseller of purchase.
  • All returns must have a RMA number provided by Covert. Copy of Proof of Purchase required for all returns.
  • Covert is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise incurred during the shipping process.
  • Insurance for returns is at the discretion of the customer, additional chargers apply for return shipping.
  • Shipping without insurance, the customer assumes all liability for any loss or damage due to shipping and handling.

Covert reserves the right to charge for service in exception cases. A description of the depot process may be obtained from the authorized Covert reseller/distributor. Depot service is at Covert’s or its authorized dealers sole discretion and is considered an option of last resort. In the maintenance of the product, Covert may use new or equivalent to new parts, assemblies or products for equal or improved quality. All defective parts, assemblies, and products become the property of Covert. Covert may require the return of parts, assemblies and products to a designated Covert Depot or the Covert representative from which the part, assembly, or product was originally purchased. Return and claims will be handled according to the current Covert procedure. These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Covert shall not be obligated under these warranties:

  1. To repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than Covert representatives to install, repair or service the product unless directed by a Covert representative.
  2. To repair damage, malfunction or degradation of performance resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment or memory.
  3. To repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance caused by the use of non-Covert supplies or consumables or the use of Covert supplies not specified for use with this product.
  4. To repair an item that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product or degrades performance or reliability.
  5. To perform user maintenance or cleaning or to repair damage, malfunction.
  6. To repair damage, malfunction or degradation of performance resulting from use of the product in an environment not meeting the operating specifications set forth in the user manual.
  7. To repair damage, malfunction or degradation of performance resulting from failure to properly prepare and transport the product as prescribed in published product materials.
  8. Failure to register the product warranty within 10 days of purchase.
  9. To replace items that have been refilled, are used up, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way.
  10. To install replacement items that are not considered customer replaceable.
  11. To support software not supplied by Covert.
  12. To provide software or firmware updates or upgrades.

Any service identified in the above list and provided by Covert at the Customer’s request shall be invoiced to the customer, at Covert’s then current rates for parts, labor and shipping.

THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN BY COVERT WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND ITS RELATED ITEMS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COVERT AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY SIMILAR STANDARD IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. COVERTS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR, REPLACE, FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RELATED ITEMS IS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE. REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES. Some states, provinces, and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitation on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL COVERT AND ITS VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER COVERT OR THE VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To qualify for this warranty, all designated shooting areas of the target insert must be shot in such a way that a bolt/arrow penetrates to the fletchings or passes completely through the target and out the opposite side.  Paint and other cosmetic blemishes are not covered by this warranty unless there is an obvious defect as determined by GlenDel.

This limited warranty lasts for 2 years from the purchase date; proof of purchase is required prior to sending your crossbow back to Rocky Mountain.  Without a sales receipt, the manufacturing date will be used to determine whether a crossbow is still under warranty.  If the serial number or manufacture date have been removed or are illegible, this warranty is void.  This warranty only covers Rocky Mountain crossbows for the original owner.  Rocky Mountain reserves the right to substitute any discontinued product with the most similar model available.

All accessory items must be removed from the crossbow prior to sending it back to FeraDyne Outdoors for repair.  Rocky Mountain is not responsible for damage or loss of any accessory item left on the crossbow.

You will pay shipping costs to return your crossbow or crossbow parts to Rocky Mountain.  If after examining a returned crossbow Rocky Mountain determines that the product is not subject to this limited warranty, you will be notified, and the product will be shipped back to you at Rocky Mountain’s expense.  There is no charge for inspection.

Product repairs that are not covered by this limited warranty can be provided at then-current repair rates set by Rocky Mountain.

Rocky Mountain reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon receiving the product back for inspection.  If a product is determined to be defective, it will be repaired with available parts at the sole discretion of the Rocky Mountain repair department.  If repair is not possible, the product will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most similar model available at the discretion of Rocky Mountain.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date the crossbow has been checked in by the Rocky Mountain repair department for all repairs to be completed.  If repair parts are not available due to being out of stock, Rocky Mountain reserves the right to allow for a reasonable amount of time to procure parts.

Parts not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, cable slides, bolt retention springs, arrows/bolts and their accessories, cosmetic blemishes to parts or finishes, and normal wear and tear.  Strings and cables are subject to warranty approval and replacement at the discretion of the Rocky Mountain repair department.

Rocky Mountain offers the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of defective parts or workmanship.  Rocky Mountain, its retailers, and distributors will not be liable for damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of proper maintenance of this crossbow.  In the event of breakage due to parts covered by this warranty (as determined by the Rocky Mountain repair department), Rocky Mountain will not be liable for any cost beyond the original retail price of the crossbow.

Rocky Mountain will not be liable for any loss or damage to a crossbow once it has been repaired and shipped out of our facility.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
• damage is caused due to misuse or abuse of the product
• any part(s) of the product have been altered or modified
• instructions and warnings found in the owner’s manual are not followed exactly
• damage is caused by failure to perform the recommended maintenance or repairs as outlined in the owner’s manual
• damage is caused by dryfiring the bow as determined by the Carbon Express repair department or an authorized Carbon Express crossbow dealer
• damage is caused by using non-recommend crossbolts, including bolts lighter than those recommended in the owner’s manual
• the crossbow is rented or loaned for use by anyone other than the original owner whether or not a fee is charged
• any user has altered, disassembled or changed the standard specifications of the crossbow outside of recommendations made in the owner’s manual

LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – S4 GEAR

Your S4 Gear product (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by S4 Gear for 1 year from the purchase date.  Proof of purchase is required.  This warranty only covers S4 Gear products for the original owner.

Warranty on discontinued items extends 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending anything back to S4 Gear.  If a product is no longer available, S4 Gear reserves the right to substitute the product with (1) a product of similar style, function, or cost, (2) an exchange for other FeraDyne Outdoors product of equal or lesser value, contingent upon receiving a copy of the original sales receipt, or (3) offer a refund for the retail cost of the item contingent upon receiving a copy of the original sales receipt.

S4 Gear reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos.  If photos are not able to convey the alleged defect, S4 Gear may request the product back for review at the consumer’s expense.

Your Shooter 3D target (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Shooter 3D for 1 year from the purchase date.  Proof of purchase is required.  This warranty only covers Shooter 3D targets for the original owner.

To qualify for this warranty, all designated shooting areas of the target insert must be shot in such a way that a bolt/arrow penetrates to the fletchings or passes completely through the target and out the opposite side.  Paint and other cosmetic blemishes are not covered by this warranty unless there is an obvious defect as determined by Shooter 3D.

Shooting a crossbow at a non-crossbow-specific target and experiencing a pass-through is not covered by warranty but is construed as improper use of the target.

If a target is purchased as a blemished or display model, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.

LIMITED 2-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – SURE-LOC BOWSIGHTS

Your Sure-Loc bowsight (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance for 2 years from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers Sure-Loc bowsights for the original owner.

Warranty on discontinued items (all “legacy” sights such as the Supreme, Challenger, IconX, Lethal Weapon, etc.) extends 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending your sight back to Sure-Loc. Sure-Loc reserves the right to substitute the discontinued product with one of similar style, function, or cost if repair is not possible and/or parts are no longer available.

Sure-Loc reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos and/or receiving the product back for inspection. If a product is determined to be defective, it will be repaired with available parts at the sole discretion of Sure-Loc.

Sure-Loc offers the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of defective parts or workmanship on all new (released in 2019) sights including the Adrenaline, Carbonic, and Fury. Sure-Loc will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of maintenance of this product.

This warranty is void if the sight has been modified, altered, abused, or subjected to abnormal conditions and uses as evidenced by dents, bent parts, scratches, rust, or parts not original to that style sight.

The mechanical components of your TruFire release (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance for the lifetime of the release as determined by TruFire. This warranty only covers TruFire releases for the original owner. Straps for all wrist strap releases are covered by a 1-year warranty, contingent upon providing proof of purchase.

Warranty on discontinued items extends 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending your release back to TruFire. If repair is not possible or parts are no longer available, TruFire reserves the right to substitute the product with one of similar style, function, or cost.
