This is the first release I’ve bought. I’ve put about 100 arrows through the test and it works great.
Pros: comfortable, adjustable, lightweight. The wrist attachment ensures the release stays on your wrist and the Joints allow it to drop down when not in use.
Cons: the adjustment bolt is a tiny Allan key and I almost stripped it trying to find the right size. The wrist adjustment is nice but it feels uncomfortable if too tight and you set your anchor point. The release trigger kinda makes a squeaking noise when you fumble it onto the bowstring to set you arrow. Can fix this with graphite powder
I bought this as a backup to my other TruFire and it performs just as well as my go to! It’s accurate and outperforms other releases that cost the same amount. This would be an ideal choice for someone looking to get into archery without breaking the bank. Worth every penny!
