Works as intended

The locker itself works as intended which I am satisfied with. However, it came in pieces to be assembled, which I was aware of. The issue began with one piece being incorrect, and the locker could not be fully assembled properly. After calling and being told I had to do an online claim, which I did, I received no further communication for weeks. Being tired of waiting, I re-engineered the part myself to make it work so I could fully assemble the locker and use it. Looks and works as intended, but being nearly $300, it's disappointing not to have gotten the correct part or any customer service to correct the issue.
