Overall impressive. Not perfect by any means. When they go wonky they go seriously wonky. Eat batteries compared to others models and they don’t show dead in the app. You’ll think all is good until you realize you aren’t getting pics. Or it will randomly just wait to send a pic. Like wait until hours later or the next day even on instant send. I assume it’s the live pic feature and the cellular carrier doing all this. Range, detection, etc are good. Seem to survive outdoors well. I do suggest a roof over them as if at an angle you might get water in them unless you seal the seam with caulk. If you need live pics whenever you want I recommend these. If that doesn’t matter and you want long read crazy long battery life and aren’t or can’t using solar? Because solar or a battery box is a great idea with these. Go with a WC30.
That’s a real honest review.
Verizon signal is great, picture quality great, simple to operate, after having a WC-30, which I still use, and now this one. The battery life and overalll quality is better! I also found particular brand batteries I used that with the camera taking 500+ pics a month. I’m going on 2 1/2 months with the same batteries and not even at 50%! The only “con” I have is I wish the night pic quality was better! I tried adjusting and just not having any luck! I understand weather and temp is factor as well
The very best camera on the market I've used them all nothing compares

I ran a 2020 Blackhawk last year and was very happy with it! The 2021 added some features including ability to send burst groups of photos to your phone! My favorite features are the real time photo option and high quality photo option. Data plans are the cheapest of any brand! These cameras are awesome!

I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY VERY FIRST CELL CAMERA. I WAS WORRIED AT FIRST BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD TO DO TO GET IT ALL SETUP AND RUNNING. SURPRISE TO ME IT WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY EASY. SETUP A CAMERA JUST LIKE ANY OTHER, GO TO THE COVERT SITE AND PURCHASE THE SERVICE TO THE AIR CARD AND WITH THE LITTLE CARD INSIDE WITH VERY FEW INSTRUCTIONS AND EASY TO FOLLOW I WAS UP AND RUNNING IN A FEW MINUTES TESTING OUT MY CAMERA AND NOW UP AND RUNNING
Dan Ashley –
Great picture quality, great detection zone and trigger speed, easy to setup and use and some of the most reasonable data plans on the market if your running multiple cameras (im currently running 8 coverts)

Great day pics, average, at best, night pics. The camera app is easy to use. I like the camera but I guess I was expecting better pics so that’s why the 4 star review
