I wrote a review out of frustration with my 200 lb feeder being ate up by squirrels. I should have contacted ferridyne first before writing my review. They totally understood my problem and are willing to help fix my problem. The capsule feeders in my opinion are the best feeders out there because other than squirrel issues they work very well. I have 2 of their feeders and plan to purchase others in the future. Thanks again ferridyne for solving my squirrel issue.

Top-notch customer service.

I’ve been very happy with my experience. They were given an opportunity to correct them minor issue and they did so immediately and really I’m 100% satisfied with these guys and I would certainly buy another one.
