Rage Hypodermic Trypan NC

  • 2 Blade Broadhead
  • 100 Grain
  • Hypodermic Tip
  • Titanium Streamlined Ferrule
  • .039 Blade Thickness
  • 2 " Cutting Diameter
  • No Collar Blade Lock
  • 2 per Package
  • Super Swept Back Blade Design

With a 2-inch cutting diameter, the Trypan NC cuts huge entry holes upon impact from the .039-inch-thick razor-sharp machine-stamped blades.  Once deployed, the head’s Slip Cam™ design allows the stainless-steel blades to effortlessly slide into an optimized position with perfect attitude for cutting diameter and penetration. The NC (No Collar) technology integrated blade containment system utilizes cutting-edge finger-like tabs on the blades’ pivot point to “anchor” the blades in place while in the closed position.  This technology completely eliminates the need for a Shock Collar, dental band or O-ring, while still providing a 100% reliable blade retention system. With a narrow profile, needle-like titanium ferrule and Ferrule Alignment Technology achievement of field point-like accuracy in flight is second nature, while still offering devastating results upon impact.  Rage broadheads have become famous for their reliability and ability to put game down fast; the Hypodermic Trypan NC delivers on all accounts and will continue to convince even the staunchest of critics they should trust their hunt to Rage.

I still have yet to lose an animal

Posted by R. Kean on Aug 20th 2022

I still have yet to lose an animal I’ve shot with the trypans. Good shot bad shot, sometimes the animals just die in the presence of this broadhead without even having to shoot them! Deadly

    Broad heads

I have not hunted with them yet, but these heads did not cause a dramatic shift in POI from target points when firing them from my Axe 440.

These are my favorite mechanical broadheads. They leave an excellent wound channel. You will not need to track your game down very far.

    Hypodermic Trypan NC

I have now used these on turkeys for the first time and they worked great! Got some rain and snow and they didn't rust up. Also, comparing these to another brand I shot last Spring, these opened up!

Been using the older heads for a bit and a friend use the NC on a 150 lb pig. Head performed flawlessly on the pig and short tracking job. Have put several TX white tail down and the trails are insane. One ferrule has probably been through 6 deer and blades only replaced once since they bent too bad. Stay sharp system after each time they went through game and good as new.
