I bought this release a little while ago and reviewed it then. I liked it so much and it improved my grouping so much, that I had to get one for my son. His groups have instantly improved. It is comfortable in hand, fully adjustable and customizable. Would love it to come in Mossy Oak patterns though.
First time using a thumb release. I was skeptical at first. Once I got the hang of it, my groups quickly improved. Not just 20 yards but, at 30,40,50. It’s comfortable in the hand. The head rotates effortlessly with its 11 bearing. Easy to adjust trigger tension and travel and even location. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
Right out of the box, the Truefire Hardcore 4 finger thumb release felt great in hand. So much adjustability is a plus. In just a few minutes, I had it tuned to my preference. This is my first Thumb release and I am quite pleased with it and glad I made the switch. This will help with target panic for anyone that struggles with it.
Brilliant. Improved my shooting straight away from straight out of the box compared to the high end wrist release I had used previously. With this unit I can also pull more poundage easier as well, without fatigue or feeling of straining. It also fits my size L hand perfectly, and I can literally shoot targets all day with no discomfort in my soft office worker hands, that also has slight arthritis in them. Also very quiet, as no cocking is required, and let off is almost utterly silent. If this doesn't impress any serious hunter who wants smooth easy stealth I have no idea what else you can do.
Small for a big guy like me
