ROCKY MOUNTAIN BOWSIGHTS

LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Your Rocky Mountain bowsight (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Rocky Mountain. This warranty only covers Rocky Mountain bowsights for the original owner.

Warranty on discontinued items extends 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending your sight back to Rocky Mountain. Rocky Mountain reserves the right to substitute the discontinued product with one of similar style, function, or cost.

If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.

All Rocky Mountain bowsight warranty claims require a photo; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Rocky Mountain reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon receiving the product back for inspection.  If a product is determined to be defective, it will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, a product of similar style/function/cost will be sent at the discretion of Rocky Mountain.

Rocky Mountain will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of maintenance of this product.

This warranty is void if the sight has been disassembled, modified/altered, abused, or subjected to abnormal conditions and uses as evidenced by dents, bent parts, scratches, rust, or parts not original to that style sight.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CROSSBOWS

LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

The stock, trigger assembly, and limbs of your Rocky Mountain crossbow (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Rocky Mountain.

This limited warranty lasts for 2 years from the purchase date; proof of purchase is required prior to sending your crossbow back to Rocky Mountain.  Without a sales receipt, the manufacturing date will be used to determine whether a crossbow is still under warranty.  If the serial number or manufacture date have been removed or are illegible, this warranty is void.  This warranty only covers Rocky Mountain crossbows for the original owner.  Rocky Mountain reserves the right to substitute any discontinued product with the most similar model available.

If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.

All accessory items must be removed from the crossbow prior to sending it back to FeraDyne Outdoors for repair.  Rocky Mountain is not responsible for damage or loss of any accessory item left on the crossbow.

Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO A RETAIL STORE OR ONLINE SELLER UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY FERADYNE OUTDOORS; CONTACT FERADYNE OUTDOORS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT (800) 282-4868.

You will pay shipping costs to return your crossbow or crossbow parts to Rocky Mountain.  If after examining a returned crossbow Rocky Mountain determines that the product is not subject to this limited warranty, you will be notified, and the product will be shipped back to you at Rocky Mountain’s expense.  There is no charge for inspection.

Product repairs that are not covered by this limited warranty can be provided at then-current repair rates set by Rocky Mountain.

Rocky Mountain reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon receiving the product back for inspection.  If a product is determined to be defective, it will be repaired with available parts at the sole discretion of the Rocky Mountain repair department.  If repair is not possible, the product will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most similar model available at the discretion of Rocky Mountain.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date the crossbow has been checked in by the Rocky Mountain repair department for all repairs to be completed.  If repair parts are not available due to being out of stock, Rocky Mountain reserves the right to allow for a reasonable amount of time to procure parts.

Parts not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, cable slides, bolt retention springs, arrows/bolts and their accessories, cosmetic blemishes to parts or finishes, and normal wear and tear.  Strings and cables are subject to warranty approval and replacement at the discretion of the Rocky Mountain repair department.

Rocky Mountain offers the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of defective parts or workmanship.  Rocky Mountain, its retailers, and distributors will not be liable for damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by improper use, modifications or alterations, and/or lack of proper maintenance of this crossbow.  In the event of breakage due to parts covered by this warranty (as determined by the Rocky Mountain repair department), Rocky Mountain will not be liable for any cost beyond the original retail price of the crossbow.

Rocky Mountain will not be liable for any loss or damage to a crossbow once it has been repaired and shipped out of our facility.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY: 
• damage is caused due to misuse or abuse of the product 
• any part(s) of the product have been altered or modified 
• instructions and warnings found in the owner’s manual are not followed exactly
• damage is caused by failure to perform the recommended maintenance or repairs as outlined in the owner’s manual
• damage is caused by dryfiring the bow as determined by the Carbon Express repair department or an authorized Carbon Express crossbow dealer 
• damage is caused by using non-recommend crossbolts, including bolts lighter than those recommended in the owner’s manual
• the crossbow is rented or loaned for use by anyone other than the original owner whether or not a fee is charged 
• any user has altered, disassembled or changed the standard specifications of the crossbow outside of recommendations made in the owner’s manual

This warranty does not apply to any tip that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/installation/maintenance, modification or alteration, or any use other than normal personal archery use.
