Your GlenDel target (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by GlenDel for 1 year from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers GlenDel targets for the original owner.
To qualify for this warranty, all designated shooting areas of the target insert must be shot in such a way that a bolt/arrow penetrates to the fletchings or passes completely through the target and out the opposite side. Paint and other cosmetic blemishes are not covered by this warranty unless there is an obvious defect as determined by GlenDel.
If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.
All GlenDel warranty claims require a photo and proof of purchase; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
If you received a target and a part/parts were missing from the box or a part/parts were broken upon opening the box, a warranty claim must be submitted with a photo showing the assembled (as much as possible) target to indicate the missing or broken piece(s). Only missing or broken parts will be replaced.
GlenDel reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos. If photos are not able to convey the alleged defect, GlenDel may request the target back for review at the consumer’s expense.
GlenDel will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by misuse and/or improper maintenance of this product.
This warranty does not apply to any target that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/maintenance/storage, or any use other than normal personal archery use. The replaceable insert is the only intended shooting area, and other parts shot to the point of passthrough are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been destroyed by animals. Shooting a crossbow at a non-crossbow-specific target and experiencing a pass-through is not covered by warranty but is construed as improper use of the target.
If a target is purchased as a blemished or display model, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
Replacement parts, including bodies, heads, antlers, legs, backstraps, and inserts can be purchased through the Glendel brand on our website.
